the location, although secluded, provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the stylish interior of the rooms added a touch of elegance. the swimming pool was a great facility to unwind and cool off during the day. the hotel had a good garage for parking convenience.
There was a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, with black mold and dirt present in the sink.

gorgeous design, lots of light throughout
location was in the middle of nowhere, which can be fine - but no lunch facilities, no real service during the day (reception is located 1.5km away and so not easiest to make reservations/ get help.) If you want to sit by the pool and enjoy a drink/ lunch -- bring your own!

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the excellent breakfast service, which included a variety of options and a good coffee machine. The swimming pool was also a nice feature, allowing me to relax and unwind. Lastly, the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
There were some aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the air conditioning was broken and ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm.

Nice minimalist design but way to minimalist. Not very practical. However overall good experience.
No restaurant!

Overall the service and the comfort was really poor. No heating working with 15' degrees temperature in the room. No slippers provided...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas always being kept spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped breakfast area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us, as it allowed us to explore the surrounding area easily with our car.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Very good hotel not the c-rooms but the c-hotel , because our reservation was in the c-rooms due to a problem we replaced at the c- hotel with a double twin room including all the facilities of the hotel except the pool of the c-rooms .
Is quite difficult for someone who travels first time in the region to find the hotel because his name is coltzani hotel

Design, quiet, breakfast
For the annex hotel, there is no indication in the street to precise the adress of the main hotel

The hotel is situated in a beautiful building, adding a touch of elegance to the overall experience. the rooms are clean and modern, making for a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, with the reception even driving us to our room. the underground parking is a major plus, ensuring the safety and convenience of our vehicle. the pool is refreshing and a great way to cool down after a long day of exploring.
The air conditioning system left much to be desired as it seemed either non-functional or inefficient. This resulted in a wet floor due to a combination of cool air and heat.

Very nice design villa B&B with classy feel to it. Clean and comfortable. Sunny garden with a nice useable pool. Quiet location. Safe parking under the house. Good place to stay for a few days and make excursions in the area. Helpfull staff that were able to speak english.
The check-in is at the main C-Hotel a few minutes away by car, not a problem but it could be mentioned better when booking. Not much for food and drinks within walking distance, you need to take the car to go anywhere (which is normal for italy outside of a city).
